Robinhood has put more than 190 US stocks and ETFs onchain as Stock Tokens, available to eligible users in more than 120 countries. In September it said select US stocks and ETFs would move to 24/7 trading. And more than 150,000 of its customers have opened accounts that let AI agents trade for them.
That’s the chain IXS is moving to.
On 27 October, IXS opened the migration of its token to Robinhood Chain. The same day, a $10 million Pre-IPO vault for institutional investors went live, taking IXS vault TVL past $100 million.
The short version
IXS is moving to Robinhood Chain to set up its next phase with the partners building there.
A $10M Pre-IPO vault for institutional investors is live. Vault TVL is now $101M.
Pre-IPO is a category we intend to lead.
25% of vault fees now buy and burn IXS, up from 20%.
1 IXS becomes 10 IXS on Robinhood Chain. Holders get 72% of a fixed 2.5B supply. The team gets nothing.

Robinhood is bringing public markets onchain
For two years we weighed where IXS should live. This year, with our partners, we chose Robinhood Chain. Many of the partners behind our biggest plans are building there, and this move puts IXS next to them.
The chain makes its own case. Robinhood launched it on 1 July 2026 as an Arbitrum-based Layer 2 built for real-world assets. Uniswap and Chainlink were among the launch integrations, and BitGo, one of our custodians, supported it from day one. Its Stock Tokens now cover more than 190 US stocks and ETFs. At the HOOD Summit in Houston on 29 September, Robinhood announced plans to take select US stocks and ETFs from 24/5 to 24/7 trading, starting next year.
Then there are the agents. Robinhood launched Agentic Trading in May. Nearly 100,000 customers had opened accounts by late July, holding more than $100 million, and that passed 150,000 by late September. At the same summit it unveiled agents that live inside the Robinhood app.
Every one of those agents needs somewhere to hold idle balances and earn on them. IXS vaults were built for that job.
IXS is independent and isn’t affiliated with Robinhood. We picked the chain on its merits.
Pre-IPO is the category we intend to lead
Robinhood is bringing the public side of the market onchain. IXS is bringing the private side.
Our vaults already hold tokenized money market and treasury funds, bonds and private credit. Today they add pre-IPO exposure: a $10 million vault for institutional investors, live on day one. It takes IXS vault TVL from $91 million to $101 million.
We’re putting weight behind pre-IPO because that’s where we see the strongest demand from investors. Companies are staying private for longer, so more of their growth happens before a listing, in rounds most investors never get near. Tokenized vaults can bring that exposure onchain for eligible institutional investors, on the same regulated vault infrastructure we already run for funds and credit.
So the pitch is simple. The best of the public markets, like tokenized stocks. The best of the private markets, like private credit and pre-IPO. In one place.
The Pre-IPO vault is open to eligible institutional investors only.
Where this goes
The next phase is a regulated onchain market for real-world assets. Tokenized funds, credit and stocks in one place, where holders can earn on them, and borrow and lend against them instead of selling.
We’re building toward it with our partners on Robinhood Chain. Next up:
AI-agent vaults on Robinhood Chain
New RWA vaults, built with partners on the chain
One IXS market on Robinhood Chain as liquidity consolidates
Partner launches, announced as each one goes live
That’s why the token moves first. Think of the migration as setting IXS up for what’s coming: one native token, one market, on the chain where the next phase is being built.
What holders get
Every 1 IXS becomes 10 IXS on Robinhood Chain. The symbol stays IXS, and every holder converts at the same rate.
Supply is fixed at 2.5 billion, with no minting. Holders get 72% (1.8 billion). The other 28% recapitalizes IXS for deeper liquidity and ecosystem growth:
Liquidity, 8% (200M). Market depth on Robinhood Chain, on an exchange and onchain.
Ecosystem partners, 8% (200M). Earned by partners who bring assets and users into IXS vaults.
Development, 12% (300M). Locked, released quarterly over five years.
Team, 0%. No founder, employee or advisor allocation.
We’d rather say it plainly than let someone else say it for us. Holders go from all of the supply to 72% of the fully diluted cap. Every token in the 28% has one job, none of it goes to the team, and new IXS is only issued when existing IXS is migrated.
Vault fees feed the token directly. From today, 25% of vault fee revenue buys IXS on the market and burns it, up from 20%. More TVL means more fees. More fees means more IXS bought and burned.
How to migrate
Three steps, from your own wallet:
Bridge your IXS to Robinhood Chain.
Click Migrate on robinhood.ixs.finance.
Receive 10 IXS for every 1, in the same transaction.
Migration opens 27 October at 12:00 UTC. There’s no migration fee, only normal network gas, and the swap is one-way. Holding IXS on an exchange? Check robinhood.ixs.finance for exchanges migrating on their users’ behalf.

Use the Migrate button. Tokens sent directly to the migration contract don’t convert.
Bridged old IXS on Robinhood Chain also shows the IXS symbol. The only new IXS is the contract listed on robinhood.ixs.finance.
No one will ever give you an address to send IXS to. Anyone who does is stealing.
We’ll never DM you a link, and we’ll never ask for your seed phrase.
